Bootleg Super Heroes minifigs - worth it or not?

Hmm, I tracked down the googlemaps post and that's the same shop I got to (and all the other ones on that street). They've not got DLP - so I guess I was just too late to that party and it flew out the door like hot cakes. : (

Which one? (kind of hard to describe I guess). If you come out of the MTR and head to Fuk Wing Street do you turn left or right?

Hi guys, long time lurker here. I live in Hong Kong and have been getting quite a few of the recent bootleg waves from Sham Shui Po (same area as Digger). It's quite strange because the Duo Le Pin wave have never shown up here as far as I can tell. Right now the SY Ultron set, SY Batzarro set and the cannon set are everywhere. A triple set of Decool Hulks also showed up recently but nothing from Duo Le Pin. (No SY Flash set here either btw).

Love the Scorpions! The stinger dual is on my list of those sets I'll grab as soon as the price drops a bit.
  6. Opinion appears to be fairly split, so I've done what most AFOLs do in this situation and got both.

Speedorz, yuk! Ice glider, pretty ugly but minifigs make it worth getting. I was already sold on the Mammoth and Fire Temple from earlier pics, they still look cool. The Laval vehicle looks much nicer in that picture though. I might be tempted, plus it has the bigfig. Sir Fangar's walker is a bit of a mess and I'm still not sold on the red uniforms for the old characters like Cragger

Latest updates on LEGO set sales

I missed out on the Sonic Ultra Raider when it was 50% off in the recent UK Lego shop@home sale, but just found it on Pixmania for £33, including delivery. Happy days!
  9. Ha, you're not going to make it easy!
  10. If you were going to get one of these two awesome vehicles, which would it be? (price difference, minifigures etc not applicable, just the vehicles).

    Legends of Chima 2014

Wow, those new pictures are fantastic. I wasn't sold on the big fig before but it looks great. They all look great frankly, although I'm still not sure I love the red uniformed Croc/Raven/Tigers. The Phoenix temple looks a must get now too, if only for the sabre-tooth tank. Vultures look pretty cool as well. Any idea what time in the Summer these will start appearing?

    Legends of Chima 2014

Zoidy is spot on. Chima seems to borrow a lot from 1980s classic toys Zoids and Battle Beasts in the physical look and that is alright by me! Gorzan's Gorilla striker is very similar to Gore from Zoids, which also had a Mammoth walker, a Sabretooth tiger and Rhino mech etc.
