Can anyone explain to me why Alexander (Wedge09's character), currently in Quest 113, is sitting at Level 25.99???? And for that matter, William Harkenshire at 20.99, same quest

Benji looks at the fairy, and asks her with a sense of importance. "Miss, what do you know of this beast lurking the streets? I feel that you may have some knowledge in this matter. We need your help." Turning to the assorted lot of thugs he adds, "If we can be of no assistance to you, we will depart, however our mission is to find this beast and once your fairy friend answers we will not bother you." -

"Ah, okay. Well I'd be interested in, um, meeting up with her, maybe you could let me know when she's free." Benji smiles sincerely, and turns to the Vampire. "Nice to meet you Sir, I hope to meet your honored presence again in the future. I am going to talk to the Hinckwell fellow over there, I think I might know him." Tipping his hat to the vampire, Benji moves over to the hinckwell man. "Hello, my name is Carvenhall. Have we met before?" -
I agree about 102! And thanks, thats probably just the good vibes from WBD's level of professional that he puts into the quest! I've always wanted to be on a WBD quest and I have to say I am not disappointed.
