    Assembling Bricksburg

I might be interested in on of those gears :) I'm very annoyed that they used a non-existing design in the movie version of the super bike. I have wanted to build a replica since the movie came out.
  2. I would like to share this little hobby programming project that I managed to finish enough for a public release. As you can see above, it is a little file that Windows can use to replace (in certain views) the normal Lxf-file icon with a picture of the build. (The picture that is show is one that is generated by LDD and saved in the Lxf-file, not one generated by this software.) Download, unpack and read the readme.txt file for further instructions and information. (You will need to be running Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1 and have .NET Framework 4.5 installed.) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-FdFWahkMSZSnpyZS10Z2lxUlU/view?usp=sharing Source code for anyone that is interested in that (Written in c# with Visual Studio) https://github.com/henrikzwomp/TransClear
  3. Hmm. I have successfully installed it myself on a Win 10 machine, so not sure why it would fail for you. You get the error as soon as you try to start the installer or later at another certain action?
  4. TLG has responded to earlier statement in the Ambassador forum (My source for this is still Swebrick's Ambassador) So less dead it seems, but still nothing about a future update.
  5. Our Ambassador over at Swebrick has gotten this information out of the Ambassador forum: *sigh*
  6. Got this reply after asking about the next LDD update on the LEGO facebook page.
  7. I don't know exactly how it works, but you should be able to get a refund from Paypal. Contact their help desk and explain your issue for them.
  8. Hello. The problem is most likely that the Installer ("Installer.exe") can't access the file "LxfHandler.dll". Make sure that you have unpacked the "TransClear-Installer.zip" correctly so both files are in the same folder before running the Install tool. If that doesn't work you can try right-clicking on "Installer.exe" and then click on "Run as Administrator". I also heard that files can be "locked" and that you'll need to right click on both "Installer.exe" and "LxfHandler.dll" and then select "Unlock file" (or something like that) at the bottom of the pop-up meny. I hope this helps you.
  9. Doh! I forgot that I had included that file into the project. I'll fix that as soon as I can. Thanks. Sure, you are free to promote and redistribute it how much you like. And thanks for the praise
  10. Thanks :) The image inside the Lxf-file is only 128 x 128 pixels big and scaling it up won't add more details I afraid. I choose to let the Handler keep the original size because I though a smaller image would be better than a larger but blurry image. If you press F5 after generating the "Very big" thumbnails you should get less wasted space heightwise (unless you have files that are not Lxf-files in the folder).

    Ninjago 2013

The Golden Ninja has green parts printed on it, so I would be surprised if it wasn't Loyde.

    The invaders must die!

For centuries we have expanded through the universe, claiming world after world. But that will be all for nothing if we don't protect ourselves. From all that threatens to destroy us. We must obliterate our enemies. Remove them from our realm. Before they destroy us. The invaders must die! This is a MOC that I created because I wanted to give the Space minifigs from series 7 something to fight against. I wanted them to fight something that resembled the Xenomorphs from Alien and the Tyranids from Warhammer 40k. Most of all I wanted to monsters to have lots of teeth and claws I wasn't easy to select which colors to build the monsters in. I couldn't select the colors I wanted because the pieces I wanted to use didn't exist in those colors. Had also like to not use black at all, but I wouldn't be able to build want I wanted to build without using it, so it got to be one of the three colors on the monsters. The environment is inspired by the Gothic and rust colored space settings you can find int the Warhammer 40k universe. I wanted to create a setting where the space guys didn't look to belong in. That, together with the eggs in the corner, was my attempt of making who invades whose home a little bit ambiguous. Alternative angle A color scheme I decided not to use.

    A relaxing break

The pilot of a Wulf-3 Mech takes a break from the war for a little "me time". For some reason this scene was what the first thing I thought of when I saw the Series 8 DJ minifig. I hope you like it Click on the images to view larger versions.

    New Licensed Theme Rumor Mill

A TMNT theme would explain why TLG has put money into creating a Sai piece. Sure it fitted well into the NinjaGO theme, but it wasn't an important weapon in that world. Not as important as it would be in a TMNT theme.

  22. Captain, there is something wrong with Clark's helmet display! A little vignette I thought of when I tried out different heads for the new Galaxy Patrol minifigure. The faulty display was made with the backside of the pumpkin head
  23. Thanks for the nice words I wanted to see what the minifigures would look like with "non see-through" visors. So I was experimenting with the backsides of different colors of heads. The pumpkin happened to be one of them
