    Christmas Train Ideas?

I'm having the same problem with designing my Christmas layout. When you get it all done please let us know. Damn, you don't have a camera to post pics... right?
  2. You just might be right! ;) The general public seems to not like the Tie Collection set. These things sit in our store forever. It may be the $70 US price tag, but people buy 3 $120 Lego sets at a time so I doubt it.

Minifigs in U.S. Pick A Brick

Sshhh!! don't tell Apo! ;) Maybe if the minifigs are popular (which I am sure they will be) they could bring in some accesories. That would be good to see. Jon. Or they could sell a pack of 178 accessories for $35-$40 US, just like they do now with the minifigs. What a rip!
  6. A playset? :o Man, that thing is massive, it is more like a diorama than a playset. I sure would to see some small story teller sets. Hoth is the pefect location as there has not been much done of hoth. And of course, we still want our Sailbarge and Sandcrawler system sets!!! :) Jon. I say playset, you say diorama... same thing ;) A Hoth "playset" would also rock. We really need the Sailbarge and Sandcrawler system sets. We have been waiting forever and they are a million times better than yet one more tie or re-design. I would take these sets over an Interceptor anyday!

Lego System theme of the year 2004

The Star Wars line was sub-par at best in 2004, but no more than the rest of the 04 sets from other lines. I voted Star Wars. But ask me the same question and have me take the same survey once we have seen all of the new sets. So far "City" would win for 05 hands down. 05 is going to be a great year. Minifigs in U.S. Pick A Brick

It is funny that you bring that up. When we were told about minifigs in PAB we where also told that the accessories would not be included. Right now most of the customers complain about not having minifigs in PAB, soon they will just complain about the accessories. Just an endless cycle :|
  9. While we are on the subject of ties, does anyone know where I can get a Lego neck tie? This is the only Lego tie that I do not own. The Lego neck tie does not have to feature a picture of a lego tie fighter, it can be plain. Oh yeah... I still have room for neck ties. ;)
  10. two many ties... getting sick... *sick*
  11. Yes it is, however, it would be nice if Lego made a nice official sets of the Final Dual and Hoth. :)
  12. Not satisfied with Final Duel I??? |:| Ha ha ha!!!!! you call Final Dual 1 a playset??? Something like this would be cool. Now you can call that a playset. *satis*
  13. Lego is signing the final deal with GM to create a Hummer H2 Lego for 2005. We were allowed to see a prototype, however, not allowed to take pics. If I can sneak some pics I will post them here ASAP.

    New Lego Hummer H2

Me like the red :X: The doors do not open but a piece of the side and front "glass" comes out. Inside is just support rods, a seat, pedals, emergency hand brake and steering wheel Hmmm, not as safe as a real Volvo, but you could fix it yourself. Thats a great question. And add 500 more cupholders.

Yeah, I was thinking about buying a cup of each (heads, torsos & legs), then I thought, what in the hell would I do with 200 left over heads. Your welcome ApophisV

Yeah, just take the price of a real X90, double it and sent it to Orlego P.O. Box....... :-D

    New Lego Hummer H2

Oh yeah, it really moves. There are 8-10 batteries under the hood that can be charged and ran like a golf cart. The headlights, taillights, turn signals, tag lights and parking lights all work. The vehicle can also be pluged into a outlet for demo use. When it is in demo mode, the lights flash and a few strobe lights flash.
  18. Don't get pissed yet, I'm giving it a few more months before I mark it as dead for the US market. Today they will state that it will never be released in the US, then next week they have it in stores. This has happened only a hand full of times, but it has happened.
  19. Yeah, and if you try to look it up on S@H it tells you "Not available in your country"

    New Lego Hummer H2

Yeah, it is hollow. You can crawl under the vehicle and use the floor trap door to get inside of it. The vehicle had a electric golf cart motor so you could drive it around, however, it had been disabled and we had to push it. The vehicle took two months to build, took over 200,000 bricks and was built in CT. USA. The vehicle has real wheels, tires, brakes, steering, and suspention that sits on a real Volvo X90 frame. Volvo paid Lego to make this one (and I guess a blue one as well). This is the reason why Lego modeled this vehicle (Volvo told them what they wanted). Even if you like the real X90 or not, this thing kicks major megablock, esp. if you run some over.
