In my humble opinion an announcement of that initial shortlist would have been nice, though. :blush:

Congratulations to all the winners! It was definitely a fun and exciting contest ever.

Well better late then never to reply. This is the first time I participated voting in a contest. I congratulate everyone who entered and I am glad to see at least one entry out of 6 I voted for got to the winners.

I don't want to be the bombshell here, but doesn't #2 have a licensed element?

The rules were updated to state that licensed elements could be used, granted they were not used in a context that reflected the licensed theme.

While a bit late to the party, it's never too late to say: CONGRATULATIONS! Your turtles have raced to the finish line and earned the respect of turtles all around the world.

There is great variety in these turtles, it's something really nice to see!
