Thank you guys!

It is my first experience with lego technic. The majority of technic parts are from system or creator sets. But my son is getting older and soon I think it will be fixed

The video will be soon, when I borrow the camera and learn how to use it. :classic:

My 4YO daughter says that you need 'hands' otherwise it isn't a dragon.

The dragon's anatomy was the theme of the discussion with my 5 years old son too!

He also want dragon with hands. But my argument was that on Earth we have animals with 4 limbs. Consider dragon as a bird or a bat, the wings are the upper limbs. You can see shoulders and fingers with claws. In the end he agreed, but asked me to add fire from the dragon's mouth for persuasiveness. Will have to do so. Maybe your daughter will accept this compromise also. :sweet:

Insects have legs and wings, and ants with wings have 6 legs and wings, ants without have 6 legs and no wings.

No-one has ever proved that a dragon isn't an insect, so it could have 'hands'

Thank you for the comment. To my opinion the dragons are close to reptiles. No reptiles on the Earth present or ancient has 6 limbs. There are flying lizards but their wings is a fake. Strictly speaking they are transformed ribs.

And there are people who say Speedors shells are not creative!

I really like how you did tail- wheels+frame look great toghether!

Thank you, Lordofdragonss! The Speedors shells were starting point. I have put them together some day and it looked like head of the dragon. It also gave the colour scheme of the body.

Maybe you could increase the axle of the linkage by one stud so the extremes of movement aren't as horizontal/90° down?

Or is this just the angle on the video?

I think it is closer to a Wyvern than a Dragon.

Great use of the speedorz parts.

I'm glad that we decided with the breed of the dragon!

Thank you samuraiturtle, I have forgotten the word "Wyvern" :classic:

Really neat idea, and I especially like the wing function. Bonus points for being one of the only Technic animal MOCs I've seen!

Actually, I can't remember any official technic animal LEGO set maybe besides Monster Dino 4958. And it is very sad :sceptic:
