CustomJoe_MD Posted June 23, 2014 What all of them said, cut the top of a witches hat and sand a bit. Then bring the cut edge back to shiny plastic by polishing with mild acetone solution on a rag. Venkefedo Posted June 24, 2014 Maybe ask the fine folks at BrickWarriors for a Puritan Hat design? They could easily build a theme around it with a bonnet of some sort for the ladies, maybe collars, a musket (more exaggerated at the end of the barrel than the official Lego muskets), maybe a certain kind of sword and/or molded layered cape for more of a Solomon Kane/Vampire Hunter D-type character. Just after posting above, I sent BW a message asking if they would do one. They replied yesterday saying that they had no plans to do one but might at some point in the future. Hope they do.
