That is an awesome model Edwin. I worked on those boats, the shape of the funnels and wheelhouse is very hard to capture but you did it!

Also a nice scenery at the Breediep for the pictures!

Great to hear that you worked on a real ASD Tug @Ballast :thumbup: , at what type and name of the ship's you worked on?!

This small ship have some surprise and i will let show it to you soon here on EB.(this is mine first ship that don't look like the Titanic :wink::grin: )

After leaving school I spent 3 years in the UK Merchant Navy & saw many of these plucky little vessels in their many different guises. I developed a love for them and huge respect for their crews. That was over 30 years ago and tugs have changed immensely in that time but that love and respect continues.

The models you make are truly awesome in their detail and conception and, in my view anyway, are a fitting 'tribute' to tugs past and present and the men that crew them.

I hope this makes sense.
