Has anybody designed or seen any C models of this set? I can get a second copy fairly cheap which might be good for this.

Other than the A and B models what else could be built with this?

Well Tomik has built a nice bulldozer out of it

http://rebrickable.c...tomik/bulldozer

Btw welcome back!

Thanks, that looks very cool, I am just downloading the building guide for that now. I will build it as is and then maybe look at making some mods to it :)

I am glad to be back, our recent Brixhibition got me right back in to it :)

I've build one model out of 42006 only, but used additional PF stuff. Might get photo BI, if needed.

Recently I posted on here asking if anybody had built or seen a C model of set 42006, I received a reply which had a link to this site http://http://buildi...b.cz/index.html which has building guides for a number of custom C models, this included a bulldozer built using the pieces from set 42006. I downloaded the building guide for this and built it today.

On my blog I have posted a building review of this model: http://paulstechnic....om-c-model.html

Following on from my building review of the custom C model bulldozer of set 42006 (http://paulstechnic.blogspot.com.au/2014/05/lego-technic-42006-custom-c-model.html) I have designed and built a log grabber, this replaces the rear plough attachment.

On my blog is a series of photos of this and a video of it in use:

Thanks the link! I have the 42006 too and I did not know that it has a C model. :classic:

Downloaded the dozer yesterday from Tomik's site, excellent C model, he is a real genius to build MOC's 99.9% out of a stock set. Check out his Forklift from the 8052 as well, nice smaller lift, the 8416 is a bit large to go in nice with medium scale setups. All you need to add is 0.5m of string outside the box and that's it. Real friendly guy too.

Yes he is, I have exchanged some emails with him and he comes across as a top bloke.
