Before presenting them, we (me and Superkalle) would like to thank everyone for their entries, comments and votes. It was a great succes and we got a lot more entries than expected. And there were a lot of great entries too. If we had the money, we'd give everyone a prize. :cry_happy:

4: juraj3579

5: o0ger

The rendering category was voted for by the EB staff. 18 staff members cast votes, and the winner with 8 votes was papacharly with his gorgous rendering.

Papacharly wins one of the digital LDD bricks or a SR3D Builder license.

Shared second prize with honors goes to juraj3579 and bbqqq.

Congrats to the winners! You guys did a great job and I'm happy a german compatriot won the micro category - well done t-brick!

Thank you everybody voting for #20 (micro cat.) - - and off course many thanks to EB for organizing this great challenge, it was really fun to participate!!

We only had 1 prize in micro, because we had to split the prizes between 2 categories. But, nonetheless, it's something to be proud of to become in the top 5:

No problem in my eyes, moreover it was pointed out at the very beginning of the contest! But, in which cases/competitions are those special tags (icons) like "MOC Expert", "LDD Builder", ... awarded to top ranking user profiles? It would be nice, to get one in this case!!

There are a ridiculous amount of tags on EB, some are even specially made for 1 person. Most tags don't really have criteria, but a user gets a tag when a staff member thinks they deserve it.

Some previous contests on EB had special tags for the top 5 winners, it may be a good idea. I'll think about it :classic:

Hello everybody,

First of all I'd like to thank all the voters for supporting my contribution, it was a really hard contest, with a lot of great designs, so respect to all competitors. Thanks also to EB stuff for organizing such a contest, for those who don't have possibilities to build with real bricks.

I'm looking forward to the next event!

Yeah, right and that's why I asked for it. Others would be happy about it as well, I guess ...

I'm looking forward to see your decision ( ) soon!

Yes, I know I'm resurrecting a very old thread, but I realized I couldn't remember if the LDD brick prizes that were awarded were ever actually added to LDD? If so, which bricks were chosen?

The bricks that were chosen (if I remember correctly) was 1x1 tiles with printed letters. Then time went on and I believe the bricks where eventually ready for release, , but then came the Big Draught....and we're still waiting for a new brickset....
