PG52 Posted March 16, 2014 (edited) Hi everyone, today I am going to present to you my most recent MOC, it's an inverted trike with an old design, and motorized with RC and servo-motor. I built it to improve the way how a small RC takes curves at high speed and accelerates. So it has two wheels on the front, with drive and steering and a single wheel on the back. It also has full independant suspension. I'll make a video soon, just need to find the time :) Edited March 16, 2014 by PG52
Zerobricks Posted March 16, 2014 I find it interesting you used Front wheel drive, Yeeah a video would be awesome.
legolijntje Posted March 16, 2014 That's a..... strange looking vehicle But it looks very nice though. I like the style. Nice work
Milan Posted March 16, 2014 Colors are striking! Very different vehicle!
unimog123 Posted March 16, 2014 It sure is unique! I can't wait to see the video. I've always wondered about making a fast front wheel drive vehicle, but I've never done it! It should be interesting to see how yours goes.

unimog123 Posted March 16, 2014 Nice job on the video. It's a lot faster than I thought it would be, and I love how the rear wheel popped up in the beginning.

efferman Posted March 16, 2014 the front reminds me to the messerschmitt kabinenroller
PG52 Posted March 16, 2014 (edited) Thank you everyone, you're right the front of the Messerschmitt is really similar ! EDIT : to Zblj1987, I used sometimes the proportional controller (especially at the beginning), sometimes the normal controller :) Edited March 16, 2014 by PG52

Rockbrick Posted May 5, 2014 put chain drive on it and make it 3wd - never ever seen a 3wd vehicle on here.....
PG52 Posted May 6, 2014 Thanks ;) I just unbuilt it in order to design a better version, but I don't think i'll make a 3wd one because of the gear ratios and the place taken by the battery... However, nice idea for another MOC ;)
Rockbrick Posted May 7, 2014 bizarrely I saw a 3 wheel bike exactly looking like your MOC a day ago....
Rockbrick Posted May 8, 2014 (edited) driving down the road in a group of bikers - I think it was Honda based looked like this perhaps - home made maybe but definately not Front wheel drive Edited May 8, 2014 by Rockbrick
cgg199 Posted May 8, 2014 Maybe you saw a Can-Am Spyder. It looks similar to that Honda, however they are built like that from the factory.
PG52 Posted May 9, 2014 OK, I thought you saw a LEGO one. Yes the Honda is very similar to mine, much moderner, however :)
