Recommended Posts

The talented Athos making a Pirate MOC is enough to make an entire week! X-D He's even got a parrot! The pirate that is - not Athos.

What inspired you to make a Piratical creation?

Athos?

Is everything ok?

I hope you'll make it after making a MOC that isn't a vig, cause i don't think we pirates know CPR.

We just cut your leg off and give you an eye patch :-P

Nice miniland fig *y*

The brown epaulets are a nice touch.

Thanks! I did up the bride and groom miniland figures (stealing Tony Sava's design) and wanted to see if I could do one on my own. And someone over at classic-castle chatroom suggested I try a pirate, so there he is...

They all do, the one in UK has a great one of London, with the Thames, the London Eye, bigben everything. It takes about an hour to walk about.

I was not aware of this... Do all LEGOLands have a Miniland or just one of them?

Wow Mr Phes. I have never been to Legoland either, and I know what a miniland is! :) Back on topic, I have made a few miniland scale characters myself. I made myself, my two brothers, my rabbit, and a guy in a strait jacket. Unfortunately, I never took pictures, and now they are in a zillion little peices, scattered around my basement floor. :S

I'd never heard of minland either.

I've seen the miniland figs before (like George's miniland pirate), but didn't realize there were displays of them at legoland. 8-|

Although i don't think i'll be making too many miniland figs in the near future :-/

too busy in mini-fig land X-D

It is a sword, but he's not holding it. Its actually attached to his hip/belt. It just looks like he's holding it, in that picture.

I haven't mentioned this but I wasn't sure what the sword was either. Perhaps it would be more blade like if it were made from plates rather than cylinders.
