I like what you've done with the back, but the front seems a little too long in my opinion.

Yeah you're probably right, but I wanted to use that slope piece for the hood so bad!!! Plus, I wanted to add in that little dark grey strip across the front, so that was the outcome.

Every revision I see with that large slope piece only serves to convince me more that it really doesn't work well at all. Badbob001's solution with the 6x6 tile is pretty cool though, looks like a better trade off.

It is still quite long, I prefer the use of three 2x4 (for a 6x4 hood then)

Yeah, that's a good technique. I did something similar to that as a prototype, then took it apart because I thought it looked too boxy and not flat like it should be. But yours turned out well, I like it!

This is my compromise between using tiles and the big boxy slope.

Oh my gosh! That's a fantastic idea with that BTTF 3 engine piece on the hood.
