And I bet we'll at least be getting that new 52 superman since he has no leg printing which TT games would normally put in.

I just now noticed that. It looks like the eyes are actually positioned where a minifigures eyes should be, so hopefully this means goodbye bandana Bruce head. No chin portion either, so the regular Batman head will have the face printed on a black head. I'm betting this is the cowl we'll be seeing in 2015. Seeing these designs I'm definitely looking forward to next years sets.

It's a bit disappointing that Robin's the same though, he looks rather plain in comparison to the others.

Really like the new oufits, especially the darker version for Wonderwoman. Hopefully we'll get a lot of previews for the Winter 2015 sets when the game releases.

Yep, that Batman from the new game is definitely based on BmVSm:DoJ. They did plan the sets already to release in 2015 as stated at the Toy Fair.

Now that we have information about Batman 3 (which I expected after the success and the ending of Batman 2), it's time to ask some important questions about the game.

We only have one image of the Batman outfits (other than the trailer) but what other outfits could be included in this game?

What could possibly be the promotional figure for the games preorder release?

What areas will be explored in this new game since it no longer takes place in Gotham city?

Who can we expect will be boss levels in this game?

Will there be a change or advance of any current superhero powers?

What type of vehicles should we expect the superheroes to use in space?

What type of many kits would be created for each level?

Could we see any signs of Batman's gallery of villains in space?

It's not, it's the new 52 batman. they are similar but not the same.

The villains also have popped up in a screenshot (see multimedia forum thread). Joker uses the new 2014 design and Lex is in his Space-outfit (= same figure as in the pre-order bonus from Batman 2). As I don't own a Spacesuit Lex yet I think it is time to buy one online since promotional figures aren't included in sets... Man, that figure's price is going to "sky-rocket"...

My guess judging by such a big story in this game compared to the last one and all the new designs that maybe 2 things will happen

1. We might get a movie version in early 2015 like with heroes unite.

2. the next wave of sets may revolve around the game story. Think about it:batman has to recover the lantern rings to stop braniac. That means like the usual quest style sets like ninjago each set could come with a power ring batman is trying to recover and it mentions him teaming up with heroes and villains so maybe we could get a range of sets where batman is partnered with a hero or villain or both against braniac's forces fighting for the rings in space. I reckon this is a pretty big indicator that we will get some more league inc lantern, non batman villains plus updated superman,wonder woman, batman spacesuit e.t.c. It would make the perfect story theme hopping worlds. Then a big set with all the rings and assorted heroes and villains! Hope they go this route for early 2015!

Cyborg certainly looks like he was designed by lego, that headpiece looks properly designed compared to last time around.

That's certainly a new cyborg as one used in the last game was based on his 80's outfit ( I think?). Wonderwoman looks great in her New 52 outfit as does Superman, Green Lantern however looks strange to me. He's not got the same gloves as the flash light and he has hip printing which doesn't look right.

Martian Manhunter looks like his classic version, but with pants instead of shorts. I believe Green Lantern is also the same as that LED flashlight, and I agree with you about Cyborg. I hope this means what I think it means!

Edit: I knew something was off about Green Lantern. It's the gloves, like Sam pointed out. That's weird...

That picture is amazing. TLG sure knows how to get people to continue to buy their product. That is, if the figures look anything like these.

How many Batman sets do we need? Obviously a lot more!

Especially considering a lot of the DC movie tie-ins will be coming up over the next few years. Yes, Marvel has had a lot recently and will continue to do so, but maybe it is DC's time to shine? (To a much different extent). It doesn't matter to me who wins the box office records or anything. I just want lots of cool minifigures and sets!

That new Batman cowl looks like it will definitely be making its way into a set, since it seems to be following the new pattern of eye-level white strips. The New 52 Wonder Woman, Superman, and Cyborg, as well as Martian Manhunter, seem like very strong candidates for release at this point, too. I'm thinking we'll see another DC wave later this year with Space Batman and Green Lantern fighting Brainiac. Also, do you think that those wings on the Space Batsuit are any indication towards the appearance of Hawkman/Hawkgirl?

Nope, those wings does not look organic like the hawk guys, there are however other currrent option for those.

chima wings, it just needs a new conenction piece.
