MOC: Suburb

Recommended Posts

At last it was succeeded to find time and to lay out the new work. Conditionally I called it "Suburb".

In general, this work only small part of the big modular project conceived by me! On ideas, it will be combined work with aliens, bandits, cops, the zombie, adventurers, etc. Also all this will be developed both on water, and to deserts, both in mountains, and in the jungle! Approximate scheme of the project:

0_a87af_9ccda96a_XL.jpg

That is allocated red and is this work!

Work as I already wrote, is made in the form of the combined modules based on plates 48х48. Total length of three modules makes nearly 120 cm!!!

The world presented in my work - completely invented! Though it is possible to find certain similarities on a landscape with this or that district.

But enough general words, we will pass to the work.

The first module represents small gas station under the name "Lego City Oil".

0_a873f_460ba9e5_XL.jpg

On this module, except the building of gas station and gas stations, you can see a water tower with the pump, a toilet, a garbage tank and promotional and informational stands!

In order that dimensions I were clear added transport.

Let's consider the first module in all its aspects:

Display of "Welcome to Lego City Oil" and the information poster on departure from Next gas station 103 miles gas station:

Let's consider the first module in all its aspects:

On entrance on gas station there are prohibition signs:

Gas stations - one for gasoline, another - for diesel fuel:

To the left of the building of gas station is таулет and the garbage container (the author of the container - bruceywan):

Behind the building there is an emergency exit. Near an exit there are gas cylinders (with the proapany? ) but empty or not - men from gas station persistently keep silence about it!

Water tower. From below towers there is a pipe which is brought to the pump.

Also, here you can see office transport of workers. They can both give gasoline, and to make easy ремнот on the route at distance of 30 miles from gas station.

Let's come in inside.

To get to us to inside buildings, it is necessary to remove a billboard, and then a roof:

From within to a roof the lighting lamp fastens:

The seller stands behind a counter, a row the cash register, to the right of it - phone, and behind it a small choice of drinks:

You learn on the basis of whom the seller is made?

Canisters for gasoline, boxes with something (the seller didn't allow to open and look, even for photography! ) :

We pass to the second module - roads and arrivals. In the center of this module part of the road. It represents not the high-speed route, and the usual country road. From it on the one hand there are entrances for gas station, and on the other hand - entrance towards the jungle in the closed zone.

All modules соеденины among themselves by means of pins:

Third module. Represents the jungle, a small country road, the old thrown water-mill and camp of adventurers.

0_a876d_ff3ef81d_XL.jpg

0_a876e_37c8f2cb_XL.jpg

Old mill. Construction is based on mills from a set of 4183 "The Mill". Earlier, a little tens years ago when yet there was no road and gas station, the river here proceeded. But over time it left under the earth, but continues to feed roots of plants! The mill and the building are strongly destroyed, the tree from time and under the influence of the sun darkened.

0_a8771_972d273_XL.jpg

On a legend in this mill quite prosperous owner lived and worked, and before death he hid the treasures somewhere nearby. Many adventurers tried to find them, but while unsuccessfully!

Here and now the next hunters of the treasures which have found any ancient card, too look for treasures.

Prohibition sign "Attention! Dangerous zone! ". Thus, the zone from a warning sign to the forbidding - is free for travelers and adventurers. But on it patrol is all the same carried out.

Periodically, on this road it is possible to see and such transport:

0_a8778_6fa0a7a9_XL.jpg

0_a8779_15813caa_XL.jpg

I think that it not with is simple! Navernika there occurs something unusual... But what? ! While riddle...

Well and now, we will pass to connection of modules! For a start we will connect gas station and the road.

Photo without transport:

Let's "a little recover" the territory:

Hi Mifody,

brilliant work! i especially love the first module, lhe water tower & pump, the toilet, the container, the brick brick gas station and inside, the roof,, there are beautiful details everywhere... the plants are great too, and it goes very well with the brick road  Also like the signs!

A lot of details that are all harmonious with each other, you definitely see how much work it is!

Thanks a lot for sharing and inspiring!!! I always want to make "big" cities, but I think I should consider having smaller surfaces packed with details like you and grow slower...That's my take away, again, thank you!

This is awesome! I love the landscaping and greenery in the jungle part, but the gas station  and all the details in it are definitely my favourite. Love the outhouse too.

I'm looking forward to watching this grow!

Excellant work! You've managed to get so much detail and interesting things into the modules. I like the Water tower, the outside toilet, the interior of the Gas Station, the brick built road, the jungle,... etc.

And if the Red Box on your map represents only 5% of the total build you're going to attempting then I can't wait to see what you've got in store for us.

Thanks for sharing it with us!
