there is the fort Eldorado, and the imperial trading post, anyone got any ideas on how to mocingly combine these tow, I repeat, MOCingly combine them.

You mean you'll demolish both sets and use the parts to build one big creation?

I would suggest placing the baseplates like this;

Raised baseplate, next to it the blue baseplate, next to that one the other raised baseplate. So you have some kind of sea-passage, then you can build a bridge over it perhaps or just add some buildings on both rocks.
