Bought 42043 - Mecedes Arocs, 42054 Claas Xerion and 42038 Arctic Truck for 120 CHF (more or less 100 euros). Only had to spend 20 something euros on missing parts.

Just bought a 8461-1 Williams F1 Set for 40 EUR on a flea market ... No idea if it is a good price, but I guess so

Used ... I was never into the F1 Technic models, but this was a good opportunity to try one out.

A couple of months ago, I bought:

• 8277 Giant Model Set 
• 8082 Multi Control Set
• 8547 Mindstorms NXT2.0
• 8868 Air Tech Claw Rig
• 8880 Super Car
• 8735 Motor Set, 9V

For DKK 1.000,- (around EUR 135,-).

Except for the 8880, all stickers were still on the sheets, and all electrics works.

I got a servo motor and V2 receiver for $5.

Also, not really technic, but I got an 80% complete 6991 for $120.

Sorry for bumping, but I found something truly amazing!
42077, open but unbuilt, for five dollars at the local thrift store! I was shocked when I found it and I am glad I noticed it on the bottom shelf. Picked up a Sega Genesis as well

42079 for $39 sealed

42063 for $37 sealed

Now I can buy 42080 for $82 or 42078 for $100, but see no reason to waste money on the sets...

After reading a few comments I would also like to mention my best bargain:

I got:

42030 Volvo L350F, 8110 Unimog, 8421 mobile crane, 8043 excavator, 42009 mobile crane mkII, 42008 service truck, 8868 air tech claw rig, 10242 mini cooper and some other parts (containing PF) for 225€ a few months ago.

I was lucky to grab it from a local yard sale.

Lady selling her son's Legos he wasn't playing with anymore. Didn't have a clue what she was selling. Neither was I aware what was it as I just saw technic beams in a plastic bag and realized after checking at home.

Don’t know if I should call it a bargain, but I think it was a good price: Mars rover 7471 with original box, booklet and sealed bags for 80 EUR.

Today's catch, found on a local 2nd hand website, including all instructions:
42042 (with damaged box) 60€
42053 (with damaged box) 45€
42065 (with damaged box) 25€
42033 (no box) 5€
42045 (no box) 5€
Total 140€

That is great; sooner or later we all damage boxes anyway or they are full of dust after a while...

Agreed, I actually think about cutting them flat (I mean the other ones I have in good condition) and making a huge poster out of them...

That is interesting idea to make huge poster of it; imagine it could be displayed in some future museum or it could be interesting to make poster like that for Lego conventions

I got 8043 for 150 TRY (around 25€) 2 years ago. It was not sealed but parts were  still in bags. That was the best deal I've ever had.

I do not know if this could be described as great buy, but today I was able to purchase new sealed 42095 box for about 52,5€.

(Of course all parts are included )

Last year, I got 42026 and 9392 with instructions, complete with stickers in excellent condition, but without  box for 6 CHF (= 5.30 euros).
