High rated whole seller on eBay had it, but only had one picture. I figured the risk of box damage or something was worth it for the price

Here in Brazil, an Arocs will cost around R$ 1500, which means 453 EUR in current exchange.

I'm talking about the Lego Arocs, not the Mercedes truck.

Thanks to a bureocract and corrupted government.

Tell me, is this a good bargain?

Just paid USD $83 for a NSIB Claas Xerion on ebay. Got free priority shipping with it, set came 2 days later. :classic:

@LvdH *huh* HOW?! I haven't found the wheel hubs for less than USD $15 apiece! The shocks are around $10-15 dollars apiece! You got one heck of a deal!

I got two of those long bent liftarms in trans-clear for $1.50. I also got four of those black short panels from the Porsche for $4. I also got some panels in exclusive colors from the Display Team Jet, not yet released in the U.S. Not really a steal, but still good!

Few years ago I bought in local Mueller store 2 of 42000 sets for some 92€ (for both) and ant  the end of 2015 I bought 42043 for some 118€ - but few pneumatic cylinders were missing. Lucky for me at LEGO company there are very nice people and I've become whole bag with pneumatic elements. I use this opportunity to thank them again :sweet:

Local yard sale. Right place, right time I guess.

Have never really gotten good deals, how should I get one though?

My best bargains come from Free Ad websites/Papers and car boot/yard sales. It's almost always a case of right time & place and a good measure of luck.

Wishing you all the very best in your quest.
