tchuk-norst Posted April 26, 2013 Behold! The Airborne Jade! Originally a cargoship, this adventuring vessel was first commandeered by it's heroic pilot, Edvar Figgens, after he had an encounter with the Musina's Royal Air Police. Being an adventurer, Figgens of course did not pay for the airship but merely jumped into the controls while it's original pilot was eating a spicy sausage. Adventurers are not complete without a few scantily-clad females. Figgens has two. One was originally the mistress to a wealthy crime lord in Bulava. The other was part of the crew that manned the Airborne Jade when it was still a cargoship. Their names are unimportant, they are just garnishes, in the old heroic chauvinistic fashion. This was a really fun build. Please tell me what you think of it!
jFox Posted April 26, 2013 I like it! It's got a very cool function-over-form feel to it. Definitely believed you when you said it was originally a cargo vessel; it's very chunky with just enough in the way of fins and aerodynamics to keep it airborne. Love all the doodads on it, and those two circular sections on the sides are really cool.

DraikNova Posted April 26, 2013 Well, the cockpit placement is pretty interesting. Are those turbine engines on the sides?
robuko Posted April 26, 2013 (edited) Their names are unimportant, they are just garnishes, in the old heroic chauvinistic fashion. A very nice build, and delightful presentation. The lightning rod thing is especially well chosen. Edited April 26, 2013 by robuko
Only Sinner Posted April 28, 2013 That's a good looking ship. The story is pretty good, too.
