Joff_Draeven Posted January 29, 2013 I'm a big Firefly fan and have always wanted to make my own Serenity. I am very limited for parts, but I think this little microscale 'Serenity' is pretty cute 'What was that?' Joff_Draeven Posted January 29, 2013 (edited) It's not bad! Made me want to build a minifig scale one... oh, but to dream! Saying that, I might have a go at making a minifig scale one of these: http://firefly.wikia.com/wiki/File:MF-813FlyingMule.png Edited January 29, 2013 by Joff_Draeven

Joff_Draeven Posted January 30, 2013 Hahah good luck on the mule Really cool firefly. Love the bumbleebee but action Not an easy shape to pull at this scale. I may have a go today on the mule, but it might have to be microscale too...not sure on my brick allowance! The hardest part of the build was getting the aft engine to look the part...not entirely happy, but I think it does the job - could have done with a wider selection of parts to play around with - but managed with what I had I think. It's now nestled next to my Serenity in Reaver disguise model (not Lego) on my shelf - and doesn't look to out of place alongside. Really enjoyed the build, and this 'new' hobby - thanks for all the great contests for inspiration Si-MOCs!
