Yes, they have the same design as "Arkham Asylum", except the price (LEGO Chima Razcal Glider 70000, 9,90 €). Actually, they are also in white (LEGO Target Practice 70101, 14,99 €)

Neat. I was planning on doing that as well. Those little feather pieces don't do it justice. I was wondering if these would be too big, but it looks like on your larger MOC it fits great. I wonder what the original looks like with them since it is a smaller scale.
