Darthluke824 Posted December 27, 2012 As a huge fan of LEGO Planes, (Got the 3182 for Christmas!) I really like it! A good use of the wings, (Not one part) and the aqua blue! Excellent! And the longer version is even better! Keep up the good work!
HuskerDont Posted December 27, 2012 Very nice model. If you take off the rear pylons and square up the leading edge of the wings on the extended version, you have a spot-on model of a Bombardier Q400
Cian Posted December 28, 2012 Rear entry door - its a bit more ATR based than DHC8-

Seluryar Posted December 28, 2012 (edited) Thanks for all the kind replies! :) Great MOC!! liked the rear intake detail, also the rendering is incredibly reallistic. Btw, could you provide info about your rendering settings and time of render please? Hello, I used level of detail: Original geometry+Visible bevels Radiosity: Custom Right Light: 10% Left Light: 11% Top Light: 11% Did not change shadow, Rendering tab: Create .ini Width: 1920 Height: 1080 Povray anti aliasing: method 1, didnt change any of the sliders Full quality Rendering time took almost 24 hours I have a 6 core AMD 1100T running at factory 3.3ghz, which povray will max out all cores, but still let me browse internets, I have to disable screensaver when i do this, and I try not to watch any videos on my hard drive or youtube as I get video stuttering with those.
