Alasdair Ryan Posted October 25, 2012 Very nice truck since the toolbox can be removed why don't you make a small crane for it?

lightningtiger Posted October 26, 2012 Thanks everyone for the positive vibes about this truck, I'll try to sticker this and the loader in the next few days......yeah, I thought also the tool chest was a nice and useful touch. Keep watching ! (oh, yeah I might be building another art deco style tyre dealer shortly.....after the road roller is completed)
lightningtiger Posted November 1, 2012 Now the stickering I promised..... Opinions on the sticker on the front of truck ? More to come.......oh, yeah another quick image now...... Keep watching !

lightningtiger Posted November 1, 2012 Sticker looks great Nice little cement mixer too Thanks, truthfully the sticker wasn't that hard to make.....but it does make the truck pop a little more ! Oh, yeah there is a towing hitch on the mixer too......so when the trailer isn't being pulled....the truck tows the mixer.
lightningtiger Posted November 2, 2012 I have two tiny questions for everyone.....the bumper on the front of the truck....is it too rounded for an Isuzu ? Should it have just a 1x6 tile instead and apply two oval black spot stickers on them to give them an even more realistic look ?
The Blue Brick Posted November 2, 2012 Newest version is great. Keep up the great work LT.
lightningtiger Posted November 3, 2012 Thanks 'TBB', I'm still going to try a straight bumper on the truck - photograph it, post it and see what everyone thinks......but that won't be until Monday (Adelaide time). Keep watching then !

lightningtiger Posted November 3, 2012 Thanks 'LT12V', I might photograph different angles of the mixer just in case some people want to copy it......I feel it's one of my best cement mixers I have designed (my own brief for it was....small parts count while trying to maintain realism). Keep watching everyone !
Kristel Posted November 3, 2012 Thanks 'LT12V', I might photograph different angles of the mixer just in case some people want to copy it......I feel it's one of my best cement mixers I have designed (my own brief for it was....small parts count while trying to maintain realism). lightningtiger Posted November 5, 2012 Thanks, LT. Took a little while to figure out the little lift arm with the axle bit as I haven't come across that before, but otherwise all good. So are we going to build one ?
Kristel Posted November 5, 2012 (edited) Yes, but after the next BrickLink order. In addition to the little lift arm, I also need to order a hollow 4x4 cone. Will give you the appropriate credit if it turns up in an online photo one day! Edited November 5, 2012 by Kristel

Today I'm going to try for a compactor for road surface smoothing today......I must try a few designs out without having to spend cash.......yeah, cash flow problems.....that's the trouble being self employed. Any suggestions or comments....always welcome....keep watching !
lightningtiger Posted November 8, 2012 Time for a quick w-i-p......road surface compactor. I'm not sure how it really looks, my worry is how the motor assembly on top doesn't look right ? Suggestions and comments are really need please.

Alasdair Ryan Posted November 9, 2012 Its a bit out off scale..... I think it needs to be less wide and the engine the full length. Why are you so good? Someone has a fan club.......
