There are a few blanks to fill in on the template and the release form to sign, but that's all. And yes, you have to send an email asking for the materials. When I'd heard nothing, I sent the idea as I'd put a bit of thought into it and didn't want to sit on it until the expiry passed Anyone else in the same boat?
