LDD Official Sets UPGRADE Report

Recommended Posts

Let's see... maybe by posting this now rather than waiting for the new brick version, I'll guarantee that the new brick version will be coming this week.

Updated to Brick Version 1564.2:

8920

In addition to those listed below, 8538 (B Model) and 8923 were updated with small fixes... but they were already Brick Version 1564.2, so they are still the same version of LDD. I don't know if that's relevant to this topic or not, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to say so somewhere.

Updated to Brick Version 1564.2:

8548 (A Model), 8549 (A Model), 8549 (B Model)

Any change is important to update the models' archive.

Only updates in LDD version are important to update the index.

So it is important to report all updates but to clearly distinguish the "category".

42047 - Police Interceptor - Theme: Technic

Updated the screenshot and LXF, apparently a few parts were missing and LDD removed a part because of an error, not sure if it was one of the ones i replaced but no errors anymore at least

Please Stephan insert a link for each set! :grin:

Otherwise you could add a zippack with the new files specifying the page (in a 25 posts/page view).

EDIT:

Thanks, but what about the missing link for the fisrt one entry?

@Stephan

As in the LDD Official Sets topic, don't add entries to an existing post.

The risk is that I don't notice the addition and don't update that in the database.

PS: 60068 have some problem with the image (it seems due to the apostrophe that you placed in the name (after "croocks") but is not allowed in eurobricks).

EDIT: fixed using the proper HTML code.

@PeabodySam

Don't forget to separate the models where LDD version changed from those where LDD version don't change.

In your last list, some models was LDD 4.3.9 already.

I assure you that all the models in my last post (excluding 8892+8893, which was listed separated from the others) were from LDD 4.3.8 and were only just updated to LDD 4.3.9 today. However, the two Indiana Jones combination models were posted shortly before the 4.3.9 update, so that may be the source of your confusion.

Probably you hit the target: I catalogued the set as made with LDD 4.3.9 because it was released after the update, but it was made with 4.3.8 instead. :wink:

In these situations be careful reporting that the LDD version next to the link to the lxf file (so that I can immediately be aware that the set has not been made with the last version of LDD available) or, as other builders do, report the LDD version anyhow.

And now it is better that I check again the index looking at the sets posted in that period, maybe there is some other error. :grin:
