ProfessorChaos Posted September 18, 2012 (edited) Hi! Just finished building this tavern. It is called the Kings Arms and has two storeys above the tap room. The royal family is staying there while travelling to a great tourney. I am thinking about adding additional buildings like a stable and a marketplace, would very much appreciate any opinions on this first building. Mark of Falworth Posted September 18, 2012 Very nice! I like the color scheme! Lot's of detail on the inside too. I would leave the roof plain black but It looks great overall.
soccerkid6 Posted September 18, 2012 Very nice! The walkway with arches at the front is excellent and the interior is great I especially like your table cloth and fire place. You should definitely do some more buildings to add to this
kibosh Posted September 18, 2012 Great model. Very ornate. I too would rather see the roof a solid color.

Moexy Posted September 18, 2012 Looks very good, great work! This is one is packed with details It's nice how you incorporated the darkgray boxes as part of the colums
TheLegoDr Posted September 18, 2012 This is a really neat build. I like the arches at the lower level and the cobble-flooring. I like how you incorporated the many shields, shows some peace for once. The dark red and tan is beautiful together. Keep up the great work.
ProfessorChaos Posted September 19, 2012 Thanks a lot for your encouraging comments! I also find the combination of tan and dark red to be quite neat. Have to get some more black roof tiles then, and will definitely add some more buildings!
Kai NRG Posted September 19, 2012 Great work, I love all the details you put in and the size is fantastic!
Duce Posted September 19, 2012 Awesome looking! that's a ton of rooms and detail through out, now if only it would be a proper set as I'd love one to add to my Medieval town :(
Hive Posted September 21, 2012 Very smooth colorscheme with a good facade and nice interior. Though the stairs going "outside" of the build irks me somewhat...
Maxim I Posted September 29, 2012 I love the interior!!! Also the dark red and tan combination is excellent!! I will use it myself in the future
Ferrik Posted September 30, 2012 (edited) I think the colours and furnishing are really nice. I agree with you that adding more buildings would be great. It was clever to use the crossbow to hold the lamp. Edited September 30, 2012 by Ferrik
Chriswilson2 Posted October 12, 2012 Wow, I love the details but I do have to say, it would be greatly improved if the whole of the roof was black, other than that, great work!
ProfessorChaos Posted October 17, 2012 I decided to build a harbour dock around it, it´s still in progress. Here is how it looks now. Will add water, a lighthouse, boats and so on next.
