Masked Builder Posted September 22, 2012 I'm glad you do like it as from the start it was not look like it was going to turn out the best, but hay even I surprise myself sometimes. I had trouble deciding to make it black or dark bley. When looking at reference pics they had both colours used. This is the main reference pic I was working from. *SNIP* I think in reality it is dark grey and had black stripes on it but could not replicate that at this scale. I would have loved to have a replica 1:1 scale to work from to shape it much better and get the details right. Oh, well if that's what you're working from it looks good. I like to use the books.
