FT 10190 Market Street

Okay, I'm just throwing this out there for now to see if there's any interest from the community.

I have a copy of 10190 Market Street, built once and displayed. It's in good condition, if a tad dusty, but I'll make sure everything is in immaculate, dust-free condition before any deals are undertaken. In any case, it's 100% complete with minifigures, instructions and box.

Now, the going rate for this set on Bricklink and eBay for (used, complete) sets sold is around £400-500. For sets currently available, the average price on BL is £616.87. With box this is considerably more - the lowest price used set on Bricklink with box and instructions is currently £744.15. I realise this isn't due entirely to the box and more the seller's own inflated price, but the box does seem to push the price up a bit.

In any case, I've been mulling it over for a while now, but I've been considering selling MS in order to buy 10188 Death Star before it's off the shelf (which I'll never be able to justify the cost of purchasing otherwise) and use the leftover funds to invest in 10224 Town Hall. The cost of these two sets currently at RRP is £425, so while this may sound a tad ridiculous, the current going rate for MS suggests otherwise.

My question is: would there be anyone interested in cutting out the middle man and doing a straight trade along the lines of:

10190 Market Street

for

10188 Death Star

10224 Town Hall

?

I know it's a long shot, but I thought I'd ask before having to resort to dealing with eBay/Bricklink to sell it. I haven't done much in the way of B/S/T around here, but I have 100% positive feedback on eBay and am on the Straight Shooter's List at FBTB (usernames available upon request).
