Emperor Krulos Posted June 27, 2012 (edited) All my decals can be found at the Minifig Decal Repository Official discussion of the repository takes place over in this other thread. I've been answering some of the decal wishes lately and thought I'd post the better of those designs along with some new ones. I'm Releasing them under the "CC BY-NC-SA 3.0" license. Octavian wearing a modified CMF Lady Liberty toga. Praetor Reyna wearing the CMF Lady Liberty toga Tyson Percy's half-brother cyclop. Misc faramir Ithilien Ranger Hockey Mask Big Ben's face I really like this one. Recognizable and symmetric. But it misses the dragons in the corners . quarter.dragon quarter.lion Template Snapshot of my inkscape template. The template I use for these is based on one found on the minifigcustomizationnetwork. I added official body silhouettes to give my decals more of an official touch. The two female torsos on the top left are not based on official minifigures . I uploaded the svg version on brickshelf. The template on brickshelf is not updated anymore. To find updated torsos and templates visit the Minifig SVG Repository. The template file is now separate from the torsos, as that makes handling easier. Check out the library section to find more cool stuff that is ready to drop in and use. Discussion of the repository takes place here on eurobricks. Mortal Kombat I don't really like this, but my wife convinced me to add them anyway. Li Mei According to my wife this is my best decal so far. mileena mortal_combat_christie_monteiro Edited July 30, 2012 by Emperor Krulos

CM4Sci Posted July 12, 2012 These are awesome! My favorite one has to be the template. I can use one of the parts of the templates for myself, right? -Sci

Emperor Krulos Posted July 27, 2012 (edited) Man. Just finished Catwoman. More like gave up, really. I've been working on her for days. I know it doesn't look like it Seriously I tried my best to imitate the look of that catsuit, with all those bumps. Worked myself through dozens of patterns, but they all made her look non-Lego like. Truth is at the end of the day she's just a pretty face in a black catsuit. There is nothing to make her movie appearance stand out (Except you know Anne Hatheway, but that's difficult to capture ). Might as well use Black Widow or the old Catwoman Minifig. Seriously look at them. They're perfect for Mikaela in biker garb (TF2), G.I. Joe Scarlett (Movie-Verse), G.I. Joe Baroness, Selene from Underworld and just about any other leading female role in an action movie from the recent years. I'm not saying anything about the actresses, just about their movie appearance. The-Hulk Posted July 29, 2012 [Reason for edit] Stinking homophones I read that as 'stinking homophobes' and I was really confused for a minute! XD
Emperor Krulos Posted July 29, 2012 Happens to me all the time. That's just how the human brain works. To save time it just looks for familiar patterns and uses the most common one.
