optimus99 Posted May 16, 2012 (edited) this is the part of the droid factory where they get heads and arms enjoy! version 1 version 2 this is a stopmotion of a droid being built hope you like it. Edited May 17, 2012 by optimus99
Oky Posted May 16, 2012 Not bad, but I think it could use more detail. You could add some greeble on the outside of the assembly line. Also, I believe the heads are the last part that are attached to the droids.
optimus99 Posted May 16, 2012 Thanks for the tips. In my next moc I will add more detail.
Daiman Posted May 16, 2012 Nice going...I would love to see a wall or two on this and maybe more of the production line before this stage.
JackJonespaw Posted May 16, 2012 Looks nice, but way too small. Add a couple more assembly lines, and stretch out the droid building process, and you'll be golden!
Bilbo Baggins Posted May 16, 2012 It is great, you only need to make it bigger to become awesome.
The Blue Brick Posted May 16, 2012 The setup of the assembly line is great, but I agree with the others about adding more detail.
K-Nut Posted May 17, 2012 A nice little vig. Though, I agree, more drones would make it better. And where's C-3PO?
optimus99 Posted May 17, 2012 Hey guys good news, I will be putting up Pictures of a more detailed MOC tomorrow and a surprise!
optimus99 Posted May 17, 2012 I updated the post with new images and a stopmotion!
Oky Posted May 17, 2012 Very nice update! The greeble adds a lot to the scene, and I like the added points of articulation for the robot arms and the racks of unused droid parts. The stopmotion is funny too, mainly because the arms of the droid are attached upside down.
optimus99 Posted May 17, 2012 Thanks, I'm glad you like it.
JackJonespaw Posted May 17, 2012 Nice update! The printed pieces add much more to the set! Now, can you get rid of that dust on the pieces? It's driving my OCD up!
purpleparadox Posted May 17, 2012 Not bad, not bad at all. I like that you included a stop motion! Maybe you could add a few more frames to the video though, just so it goes smoother.
