Kitten 2

I came to EuroBricks from Russian DoubleBrick LUG.

So, I translate & re-post some of my previous works.

"Kitten" is a Mech called Mad Cat (Timber Wolf) from the Battletech/Mechwarrior Universe.

Model was remade & restyled from "Kitten 1".

Some images taken "as were" from previous Model...

Link to view "Kitten 1" in Russian.

This Model was made upon LDD-model "Battlemech Timber Wolf (Mad Cat)" made by Replex-TA.

Thanks to him for making a Prototype!

As it was in LDD:

Well done!

Its very flexible design and steadiness are fit in the best way for the gaming. I am appreciate LEGO not only for its modelling abilities and also for its playability. My son is asking me to help him to build this mech since he have seen yours.

I like Rabbits

Though I'm surprised you didn't use a Kitten

This looks like a very kid friendly mech - nicely done.

For some reason I love the toes/feet - that's such a nice Y angle you made

I really like how you've designed the legs. Good colour scheme, specifically.

Thanks! Colors were taken "from parts I had"

The Reason about Rabbit... You should look Rabbit's Tale to see little more about this Rabbit. I like it!

The Y-feet are one of my favorite legs. Mech was quite hand-loving icon_lol.gif

Oh nos! run away! Very nice. I instantly though it had the timber wolf/classic mechwarrior feel.

I think it would look ever sharper if the plates with the studs showing could be replaced by or tiled as much as possible. With how smooth the legs are, it just kinda looks odd to have the weapons look so textured! Same goes for the body behind the cockpit, it looks a little too square for my tastes.

What is wrong with the feet?

I always like studless design. I'll try someday. icon_rolleyes.gif

I had Mechwarrior 2 for the original Play Station and the TimberWolf was always my favorite mech. Great job on this, its far better than the ones I used to try to make.
