Alexgri Posted April 15, 2012 B-RM-06E Hi all, due to lack of money I'm always craeting new houses with digital tools, now it's time of a light blue house with a small garage, two floors and a lovable laundry room :) You can find my instructions here: ∞ INSTRUCTIONS ∞ Thanks and have a good evening all
lightningtiger Posted April 15, 2012 Very nice digital creation 'Alexgri', excellent furniture and fixtures. It would be great to see this in brick.
L@go Posted April 15, 2012 I second that - I'd love to see it brick-built. The interior on the top floor in particular is excellent!
Flash Posted April 17, 2012 What actual color blue did you use? The reason I ask, is that the 1x2 logs only come in 1 shade of blue (Blue). So there's no light blue, or medium blue, or light aqua... Just wondering if it's possible to build it with the current color scheme. Thanks
Alexgri Posted April 17, 2012 You are right, I made a mistake: there are no log bricks with that colour! I will modify the house then, what color do you reccomend? Thanks
Redhead1982 Posted April 17, 2012 Alexgri, that's a lovely build and it would be great to see it in real bricks! Next to an interesting exterior, the furniture is my favourite (no. 1 most definitely the iron and ironing board - in contrast to real life ). Great work indeed! Alexgri Posted April 17, 2012 Thanks "Redhead1982" :) Unless I'm mistaken, I saw the ironing board in a flickr page: it's l o v a b l e ! So real!
Flash Posted April 19, 2012 (edited) Ok, a little more looking, and I have a few suggestions, based on real Lego color choices on some of the bricks: #1. Replace the light blue color on the exterior with Tan. This goes for the 1x2 tile, 1x4 tile, 1x2 Logs, 1x2 plates, and 1x10 plate. Everywhere you have light blue on the exterior, replace with tan. #2. The refrigerator. The "handle" isn't available in that color :( Try replacing all the pieces with Black for the refrigerator (or light blueish grey, or white) #3. The Bed. The slopes don't come in the same shades of green, try Blue maybe. Hope you understand, I love the design, and you've done a great job taking pics of it and adding all the small details! That's the reason I've looked so closely at it, it's really nice. Flash Edited April 19, 2012 by Flash
