Missing piece

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone. I just been on Eurobricks for a few months so if I did anything wrong, don't blame me. Anyway, I have the 2010 Hogwarts Castle set. After I finished building it, I realized that there was a missing piece. It is a glass piece. So can anyone tell me what to do to get this piece?

Just call customer service, they'll help you out.

Try to have the part number ready (you can find it int he back of the instruction booklet).

As Si-MOCS siad, Lego customer service is the place to check first, they really are pretty good about this kind of thing.

Really, even though this happened in a licensed set, it's more of a general question. I'm going to move this.

If you can't contact Customer Service via telephone for some reason, here's the link you could use: clicky

The above is in English / for the UK, but it should work regardless of your actual whereabouts.

It might be worth your while to double check and make sure the piece is in fact missing. I know from experience that glass pieces are easy to lose, seeing as the fact that they are both flat and clear means they can blend in on most any surface. Depending on where you built the set it may have slipped underneath something, or camouflaged on a floor or carpet.

... or it may still be in one of the bags.
