Ah ha, that could be the answer. It's been a while since I've seen Thor, but looking at Google, it does look a lot like that. I suppose I have my answer then.

Hawkeye and Black Widow are also accurate to some concept art, I checked that.

I think Lego was trying to create a generic Loki that is still accurate to the movie.

Now that the avengers sets are on offer I'm going to get the Hulk and Quinjet sets. But I don't know what to do with my two left over Lokis, what could I use his parts for?
