Brickstore issues - importing shopping carts

Hoping for help with the wonderful Brickstore program; when I use the Import > Bricklink Shopping Cart function, I always just get an error sound but no error message; the import dialog just closes and nothing happens. The URL I paste matches the required format OK, so a bit lost here.

Also, I never see figures for 'All Time Sales' - does that functionality not work any more?

Yes, but it seems to relate to exporting wanted lists which I have no problems with - I'm trying to import a shopping cart. Any ideas?

I'll mail the developer and post back if he replies. Just thought it might be a common problem.
