This is very long. How long it is exactly?

If I recall correctly, 140cm?

Ok, this will need self driving platforms to come around the corners. Maybe only in the back.

We cheat when it comes to backing up.( you put a puller truck on the rear trailer )   This is going to be one serious Model once finished and complete with trailers and load.

I am watching this with most interest..

The chassis is driving. Please note there is not enough load on the back to compress the springs on the drive axles. So the last axle is in the air

It is fast. Will it have enough torque to pull that trailer with additional load? I was going to use 2 XL motors with two speed transmission for similiar purpose.

It has the same reduction and same Motors like my tow truck and i guess it is enough.

Enough for today. The servo on top is for the fifth wheel.

Fantastic model thus far! I'm kinda wondering if those U-joints might break under the loads that you will be towing. Also, you're missing warning lights on the cab.

Even when a u joint might break the othe xl will dive its axle. One of the xl is directly mounted at the axle.

Yes it works fine.

Just one question (out of curiosity): how many trucks do you have assembled?

And I suppose TGS, Wrecker and SLT are in scale 1:16.5, K100 is 1:20 and U400 (yellow?) Is1:12.5?
