First up is the infamous NCR Veteran Ranger. The Burned Man/Joshua Graham. Some NCR Officers and Troopers. NCR Civilian Rangers. And some random characters. From Left to right: Brat. Inspired by Mayor MacCready of Little Lamplight. Lonesome Riffer. He lulls you into a false sense of security with a Rock 'n' Roll lullaby, then kills you for whatever you have.
