legoguy475 Posted August 26, 2011 This is my MOC of GMTX 2189, a GP38-2. I'm also planning to do a SOO Line GP38-2 when I get some more red bricks. But you'll just have to enjoy this MOC for now. Enjoy!
22kane Posted August 26, 2011 It's really hard to see the base of the loco in the picture, from what I can tell it looks good but some better light would help in the next photos. Some handrails would really go a long way too.
legoguy475 Posted August 26, 2011 Thanks for the ideas, 22kane. Also, do you know how I could do some Decals for it?
Mariano Posted August 27, 2011 Some people, like me, uses adhesive inkjet paper, white or clear, depending on you want. Others uses a water slide decal paper like this for their decals. You can try both options and choose the one that fits your needs.
legoguy475 Posted August 27, 2011 How would I get the font and size right?
Mariano Posted August 27, 2011 Depending on the program you use. I use paint shop pro that has an option for printing multiple images on the same sheet of paper. In it you can scale the image you want to print. I measure the zone where the decal will go and use this numbers in the program to resize the image to fit that zone. It seems complex but it easy. The other way is try and error. I hope this helps.
