It sucks to see Timothy go too but hey, I completely understand. I get bored of characters quite easily in RPG's and to be honest, I am kind of getting bored already because I have been in the hall so long. Or maybe it is because I am pirate but I could easily roleplay out of that. I suppose that void could be fixed when I am able to make a second character but that will take ages!:hmpf:

Yeah, I hate getting bored. I tried to play as Timothy for a while after I got bored of him, and I did, but then I started thinking of a second character, and, well, it escalated from there. The reason I got bored was because I felt as if I RPed him very wrong. Life may give you lemons to make lemonade, but what if you hate lemonade?

That is how I felt like with my past two characters. I completely botched my first character, Salt-Upon-Wounds, because I just did not know what I wanted to do with him. I managed to do the same thing, again, with Mhinak but I had a basis of what I wanted. I absolutely enjoyed him being a technophile hungry for cybernetic enhancements but as a person, he was all over the place. Once you become disappointed with how you roleplay your character, it is hard to fix that.

With Goliath, so far I am not sure whether I should keep his pirate attitude. I am not sure how to really change that. I was thinking about altering the look of him a bit to look more like a barbarian. Changing his mindset is what would be difficult but there might be some clever ways to achieve such a thing.

You also do not want to be that guy who is not dedicated to a single character, trust me, I got that reputation already. I always have an idea that I love and then think of something just as grand later on. I just want to get that opportunity to play as a second character before Heroica ends. I will be sticking with Goliath and I can imagine the future of him... it. :classic:

Yeah, Blizzard will definitely be here till the end. This time I'll just choke down the lemonade.

As for making Goliath more barbarian-y, do it if you want, although I personally think that being a pirate is what makes Goliath unique.

Welp. PC just bricked, on top of helping family members move. I may be out of commission for a significant amount of time.

Asphalt has Arthur and Miirym until I can post freely again. Just keep in mind that they're on permadeath, okay?

I will do my best.

Funny thing is, I wanted to play as a character using Bossk's head but I could not because of the lore of Heroica. Complete bummer that still haunts me to this day and plus, I wanted to use them for a few characters in my quest. I would love to see them as an official race rather than just for Shuester.

You know, you could just make up a whole race for "him". It has been done before just look up the "crogrin" (I think that is how you spell it). A new guy "Darth" just made it up for his new character and everyone seemed it like it. (Of course he did not even stay around for one whole quest.)

Good thing my character is not on that quest he would just finished them off. From what I seen Arthur is just a weight slowing things down. If the quest was a "horror movie" he would be the person crying all the time while getting everyone else killed off. (And secretly hoping he will get killed off because that he is the "stupid person" in the group.)

That quest already happened a few years ago.

You sure could. There certainly wasn't a predefined spot for the Ultimate Green Goblin figure, but I think I made it work out quite nicely.

You mean this character?.

You might be confused with the character but I know what you mean. Thing is, I am not sure how things will work considering the NPC, Schuester, used Bossk's head; however, Schuester was described to be the result of a spell gone awry.

I asked Sandy just to be sure so if I am able to, I got plans for when I can make a second character and for NPC's in the quest I am working on. Fingers crossed!

Yeah, that is the guy. I remember him because he "went" on my first quest with me. But, I seen other people use the "race" he made up for other characters.

As for "Shuester" who said their is one one of his kind. Maybe he already had the DNA in him before the spell. Plus how many different kind of lizards are in the world that look very similar to each other. Your other character does not need to be exactly the same race but can be very closely related.

I like it! I will do that, of course the species would need a name but I can figure something out. Or I could just do a tribute to the Reptrians of GoH by calling them that.

Hey Draconians are the result of a magical experiment and they come in all kinds of varieties.

Level 31 Half Giant Paladin

I mean, clearly there's more than one breed of "Half Giants", so why not lizard-dudes? Heh

I would really like to keep Bossk's head unique to Schuester, thank you.

I wouldn't be making plans for a second character if I had just started with a new character, either. I would suggest concentrating on roleplaying with your current characters first.

Yeah, there were a lot of times when I wanted to discard Monk Pretzel, but I think staying with a character is really quite rewarding. Besides, if there are things you don't like about the character, you can just make little tweaks. If you're always looking for something else though, then you'll never enjoy the character you're playing.

Not sure if this made any sense.

It makes a lot of sense, that's basically the definition and charm of RPG:s right there...

Good luck out there, everyone. Especially you, Ezeran. You don't have me backing you up now. Torald jokes, but deep inside it hurts to see his friend leave without him.

:cry_sad: Saddest breakup in Heroica history. :cry_sad:
