I stumbled on this set on eBay, and the description of the set was none. Just this picture.

I checked BL for stickers, comparing them to the ones in the picture. It also seems to include a yellow ladder. I looked for this items on BL but I couldn't found anything.

The set sold for 10GBP on eBay. Now I'm just curious. What the hell is this set??

Looks like a clone brand set, I don't think I've ever seen a LEGO set where the baggies were sealed in that fashion. Presumably some sort of construction vehicle, judging by the stickers and heavy presence of yellow pieces.

It is likely to be some clone brand set, as the bags don't really look like Lego bags, and the top right bag seems to have a sprue in it.
