What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?

Recommended Posts

I bought a 75165 Imperial trooper battle pack just to feed my addiction until my S@H order arrives, that's going to be the 75175 A-wing, and some pieces for my Endor diorama.

Bought 75103 - First Order Transporter at 40 % off the standard price. It cost roughly 65 €.

Super jelly about the price you were able to snag it at.

But the set is a great set. Plus that Phasma is cool to have.

Phasma was the main reason I bought it! But it seems like an awesome set at that price.

Captain Rex's AT-TE at 40% off! I had had my eye on that set for a while, but seemed pricey. I really like all the Rebels sets and try to get what I can of those.

I've purchased Rebel's A-Wing from 75150 (only ship w/o pilot) for 1/6 box price :classic:

Another interesting fact: the most recent Vader (in 75055, 75093, 75159) actually features a torso that best matches the details on the episode 3 costume. So there still isn't a proper Vader minifigure for episodes 5-6.

I'll be damned, you're right.  Ep. III suit is very similar to Ep. V and VI, but one of the buttons on the middle panel of the suit definitely is green when it should be blue, a red button switches from right to left, etc.  Arg, my shiny new Vader is from the prequels!

How do people get such good deals on LEGO Star Wars?

The best I've gotten is Battle on Takodana at 33% off :cry2:

If you're diligent and always check Walmart, Amazon and Target, you can find huge deals.  That's what I do.  Target has the Resistance Troop Transport right now for around $25 off.  I got a Grievous buildable figure at Walmart for only $9, it's usually $35.

Same here but the latest deals were due to pure luck.

This month I've picked up 75155 U Wing: fantastic set, one of my favourites

75173 Lukes Landspeeder: nice little build with some cool figs

75152 Imperial Assault Hovertank: only grabbed this today so still boxed : )

i was strictly OT until recently, but the design of the ships and quality of the Rogue One sets has swayed me.

Bought a lot of medium and long blaster rifles from bricklink ( needed some for the up coming bounty hunter BP ), pieces required to mod the hatch of the RO Hover Tank and a couple of cheap mini-figs. I was pissed each time looking at the thing not being able to fit a pilot through the hatch.

Found these 3 sets randomly the other day on a shelf in a local toy store whilst overseas on holidays, and on my Birthday. Was pretty stoked to say the least.

Went back to the same store today to see if there was anything else of interest, found these 2 on the bottom shelf, so I grabbed them.

Bought Yoda's starfighter, duel on naboo and the y-wing microfighter. Pretty good sets. Haven't had many issues with Duel on Naboo's jumoing feature. Just hit the thing hard and/or have the figure standing up.
