What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?

Recommended Posts

Last orders finalized at Bricklink and Lego support, for my upcoming rebuild of the 10030 UCS Imperial Star Destroyer. Now, a few weeks of waiting follows until all pieces are at home...

TRU got 7752 back in, and since I hesitated the last time it was in, I didn't this time.

Final brought the Sith Infilrator, the Naboo Captian is very detailed. The sith lord is good, but I don't know about the horny ring head piece. The Naboo Queen is not bad. Overall pretty happy with the set. :classic:

The A-Wing, from this year's Winter wave. Very cool. Minifigures are awesome.

The A-wing? The last A-wing was in the Home One set in 2009. Are you talking about a Jedi Starfighter?

Battle of Endor on eBay for £50. Not BNIB but looks in perfect condition to display on my shelf :)

I actually picked up the new Falcon for retail form the Mall of America LEGO store, along with my first Pick A Brick Cup.

I'm addicted to those damn pick a brick walls.

I think he means the V-wing.

That's a serious haul. Nice work. :sweet: I got most of the new SW sets in one go, but not at discount...

Let's see what I've recently acquired.

A MISB 7869 Battle for Geonosis and 7868 Mace Windu's JSF. - both are to be kept like that forever

Then Morten went to a toystore sale with 50% off and got me the Republic Frigate, Sith Nightspeeder, Geonosian Starfighter and Ewok Attack.

Then today I turned my wanted list into just having the Echo Base, UCS Lambda Shuttle and UCS Super Star Destroyer as I bought the following sets 40% off:

Millennium Falcon

Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator

Naboo Starfighter

I also bought a bunch of Kingdoms and Pirate sets...

Perhaps I should revisit the store and get a Naboo set to keep MISB as well. :sceptic:

Crikey, what store had 50%off?

Part of the Danish toystore chain "BR" had a 50% Discount for one day.

And yeah sets outside the US are waaaay more expensive.

It's fair to say that the 40% off I got today only lets me buy the sets at US prices.

So I guess you guys can imagine how expensive LEGO is around the world?

Curious. Why buy sets if you're never going to open or sell them?

I think he just meant he's going to keep them MISB. Not necessarily that he's going to hang on to them forever.

1 x Republic Frigate

2 x Geonosian Starfighter

4 x Ewok Attack

1 x Sith Infiltrator

I will undoubtedly order more soon, but this is enough to keep me happy for the time being

Is it true that euro sets are more expensive than usd sets?

Yes it is. 1 euro is more then 1 dollar. And for example your battlepacks are like 13 dollars and ours are 15 euros. Which makes 0.00 sense :/

Picked up the 10212 UCS shuttle just the other day, altho the girlfriend dosnt know it, so it's kind of an double edged sword.

Right now it's just sitting in my parents basement, until one day i can weave it's existance into my girlfriends world. "Oh Look hunny, this fell off a FEDEX truck."
