74louloute Posted February 12, 2011 Mc Bernick's Tavern : After looting and plundering, pirates like to meet at the Mc Bernick's Tavern to "talk" about their adventures. Come in and join ! Others shots (clic !): BS folder, when moderated : http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=461380 This is my entry for Jolly Roger Contst in the "Port Royal Building" category ----------------------------- This is the picture I used as a reference for the building : Then I draw a sketch of the whole thing : At the very beginning, it was supposed to be just a front, then I made a side, and finally I made the whole interior ! BrickPerfection Posted February 12, 2011 Another great MOC from one of my favorite builders here! As usual there's a lot going on and your minifig posing makes it feel very real. I also like the doors to the balcony and the plant inside! Using the droid arms as table legs is quite creative! I might steal that (with credit ofc) It is really amazing how true your proportions are to the picture!

Serge Gainsbrick Posted February 13, 2011 What a lively and vibrant MOC! I like how you used a great variety of colors, but they all fit into the color scheme rather well! Very cool design of the palm tree and I love the guy hiding behind the counter with a gun! Great stuff!
Rumble Strike Posted February 13, 2011 That is really nice! The figures are positioned just right to make it look like a full-on action scene. Pirate taverns can be dangerous places
