Omicron Posted February 3, 2011 (edited) Christmas is long over, but it seems that it hasn't over at BrickForge, considering that the two new colors - Lime Green and Dark Red, are very Christmas indeed. That is my way of saying that BrickForge has come out with, not one, but two BRAND SPANKING NEW (and I mean new like NEW, like the new car smell new) colors. Currently the the only items to be in both these colors are Mushrooms, Scooters, and the Beret, but gosh darnit that will change (and I will personally make sure of it by kicking Armothe). "The color match on the Lime Green is flawless. Dark Red is very good too!" - Armothe EDIT: And holy crap there is more!!!! Some call it Pearl Dark Gray and others call it GunMetal - we call it Steel! Falcata Knight Shield Round Pauldrons Vambraces Wizard Staff Military Helmet Military Rifle Plans to expand our selection in this color are underway. Enjoy! -Omi Edited February 17, 2011 by Omicron

XimenaPaulina Posted February 4, 2011 Great! I love those two colors, it would certainly be interesting to see what BF parts will look good in lime green and dark red. Thanks for the news Omi!
TheDesuComplex Posted February 4, 2011 Very Good! Excellent Color accuracy and the fact that these are my two favorite Lego clors may actually make me place some BrickForge orders now.
AmperZand Posted February 4, 2011 Very Good! Excellent Color accuracy and the fact that these are my two favorite Lego clors may actually make me place some BrickForge orders now. If you're at all hesitant about BrickForge's design, production or service, don't be. Their parts are LEGO quality and, frankly, are often truer to LEGO design principles than TLG's. As for their customer service, it's second to none. Amps
SilentMode Posted February 4, 2011 I've gotta get me a lime green scooter.
Jargo Posted February 4, 2011 I'm mesmerised by the lime scooter. I like the dark red one too but the lime one leaps at me like the orange one did. I'm loving the lime mushrooms too. They look really toxic. Wish I had some spare cash right now to snap some up. Unfortunately getting a puppy has eaten my savings.

The new, darker ones in Kingdoms, Hero Factory, and other sets post-summer 2010 (316 Titanium Metallic)? Or the previous standard (148 Dark Grey Metallic)? I'm kind of impressed with the expanding Brickforge color palette, although this color specifically doesn't appeal too much to me since I don't have much interest in custom LEGO weapons and armor. The Brickforge parts that interest me the most are the more "everyday" parts like the scooter and guitar, the animals like the sheep, and the fantasy-creature parts like the Centaur body. Omicron Posted February 19, 2011 Which Pearl Dark Gray parts will it match? . You're looking at it in the photo. ;) Matches the Gunmetal/Pearl Dark Gray from Kingdoms, and also the gunmetal from the past that was used in Bionicle. -Omi
