Rumi Paramita Decal

Here's my latest decal, based on Rumi Paramita from the Clone Wars series.

This decal was very time consuming, and to prevent people from using it as their own, I placed watermarks.

I'm getting some stuff from him to equal, and he will apply these with waterslide decalpaper

If you want this on waterslide decals, then I suggest you skip the grey area around the head and make it clear.

Then apply the decal to a white or grey minifig head.

Loose the orange spots and apply the decal to orange arms instead.
