primitiv Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) Hi! Have recently come across the wonderful creations made by nnenn, and would like to ask if there is somewhere either LDD files or building instructions for his work? If anyone would have further info on these three ships in particular I would be very grateful! Edited January 6, 2011 by primitiv
Milargo Posted January 6, 2011 Wow, just WOW! Looked up nnenn's Flickr Photostream, amazing ceations! I'm speechless! What a fantastic collection of Mocs! Have recently come across the wonderful creations made by nnenn, and would like to ask if there is somewhere either LDD files or building instructions for his work? Sorry, no LDDs that I know of. I'd like to know that myself, wouldn't mind having a couple of these on my desk to play with. If anyone would have further info on these three ships in particular I would be very grateful! Reminds me of those interstellar trucks from Cowboy Bebop.
Baylego Posted January 8, 2011 Just in case you guys don't know, nnenn died in a car accident spring of last year . I have never seen instructions for any of his work.
Mirandir Posted January 8, 2011 I doubt that there are any LDD files of his work. Besides I doubt that they'll be anywhere near easily recreated in LDD anyway as he weren't shy of using clones and/or non-Lego material to get the effect he wanted.
brickmack Posted January 9, 2011 None that I know of. I suppose it might be possible to make digital versions of some of them, but because of his extensive use of clone parts and modded bricks, it might take a while for those parts to be designed for the program being used. Then it could also be a bit hard to figure out from the pictures exactly how they are built, some used kinda odd techniques I think.
Flare Posted January 9, 2011 I am very sure that there are no digital copies of his creations, as Baylego previously mentioned that he died in an car accident last year. Sorry
