RoryoCox Posted December 20, 2010 For me it has to be 2006. A great year for LSW and lego in general which introduced some of the rarest and biggest sets ever seen. The selection of sets was really great and there wasn't one set I didn't want. I think many models were made and filled in a large hole that existed in the Original Trilogy. The X-Wing and Sandcrawler were big pluses.
Donut Posted December 20, 2010 Being a fan of the OT, I have to go with 2006 as well. The Imperial Star Destroyer lead the charge!
prateek Posted December 20, 2010 2006. No sets in that year were garbage, which is obviously a good thing
CMP Posted December 20, 2010 (edited) 06 all the way. Not only did it have awesome sets, that was my biggest year for LSW collecting in all. TIE Interceptor, Sail Barge, B-Wing, UCS AT-ST... Edited December 20, 2010 by CallMePie
Murdoch17 Posted December 20, 2010 Hmm. Tough choice. I vote for 2011, simply for the Imperial V-Wing. All we need now is a Darth Vader's Sith Starfighter to go with it. Here's a link if you don't know what I'm talking about: Darth Vader's Sith Starfighter Hasbro has one, so why dosn't LEGO have one? Back on topic: The V-Wing is a very nice set and starts a (hopefully) great year. From the sets we can see, 2011 is going to be a very good year for Star Wars. erik530195 Posted December 21, 2010 I would have to say 2009/2010. The midi scale, the Slave 1, the ENDOR BUNKER! Definately a good haul.
