Stickers in LDD

Hey all-

I wasn't entirely sure where to post this, but I'm confused as how to make stickers in Lego Digital Designer.

I've seen on some ads a picture of a kid holding something he made, and it has custom stickers on it. So, I;d be happy for someone to answer my question: How, if possible, can you make your own stickers in LDD? Thanks!

There are no custom stickers, but there are some printed parts in LDD which are actually stickers when you buy them through PaB.
