-JD- Posted August 13, 2010 Hi everyone! I made my own Mandos recently using LDD and the amazing deigns for the Celebration event! Using different techniques in each character, fololowing the basic dimensions, I recreated my favourite Mandalorian characters. From left: Boba Fett, Jango Fett, Pre Visla, two Mando Warriors, and another Mandalorian. Comments always welcome.
Masked Builder Posted August 13, 2010 I've built my own Jango and you seem to have copied my exactly! Not that's a problem considering the fact that I haven't uploaded it.
Brickdoctor Posted August 13, 2010 I like them. Do you plan on building them with real bricks?
-JD- Posted August 13, 2010 Sorry Masked, I didn't mean to! I like them. Do you plan on building them with real bricks? I really want to, but they cost just less than £60!
Brickdoctor Posted August 13, 2010 I really want to, but they cost just less than £60! That's LDD for you, I guess. How much does it cost for just the Boba Fett?
-JD- Posted August 13, 2010 That's LDD for you, I guess. How much does it cost for just the Boba Fett? £13! For Boba and Jango, £22. I think it discounts depending how many you add.
Brickdoctor Posted August 13, 2010 £13! For Boba and Jango, £22. I think it discounts depending how many you add. I think it's the cost of the different colors. Jango is blue, which as the interiors of sets have proven, is much cheaper than some other colors. I'd bet that a black version would be even cheaper. I'd bet that a black version would be even cheaper. Perhaps, but I just tested that theory. A totally black one still has the same price tag as Boba in true colours! Meh, I'll have money to get them after my birthday!

prateek Posted August 13, 2010 Great job! If you want to build these in real bricks, I'd advise you use Brick Link instead of buying directly from LDD. I'm pretty sure you'll save a lot of money that way
Lord Arjay Posted August 13, 2010 (edited) Very nice! Aww, CubeDude Boba is so cute. Well done. I'd suggest using either pick a brick or bricklink, buying straight from LDD is always expensive. You'll find it much cheaper to buy the bricks individually. Edited August 13, 2010 by Lord Arjay
Baylego Posted August 13, 2010 These are sweet! I will hopefully get to build some myself.
XimenaPaulina Posted August 14, 2010 Great job on the LDD designs Jammiedodger, one Mando cubedude looks good (like the one Masked did), but put together they all look even better (much better if put in real bricks).
legolandia Posted August 15, 2010 £13! For Boba and Jango, £22. I think it discounts depending how many you add. Ouch, in that case the price that the originals are fetching on ebay is not too bad then.
Special K Posted August 16, 2010 Nice! Jango is the best
