RoryoCox Posted July 3, 2010 I loved this the first time I saw it and it is still brilliant. I love the circular shape and the way everything is centered around the hologram. This surpasses TLC's attempt 100 times. Well Done, I love seeing you models.

XimenaPaulina Posted July 4, 2010 Wow yet another superb MOC ACPin, great job once again! This is how the Home One set should have looked like. Everything is bigger and better than the official set. Even the custom Mon Calamaris were cleverly built.
General Armendariz Posted July 4, 2010 How'd you make the rebel commando helmets? The commando helmets are from star wars figures. It came with a rebel commando toy. I have two. And they fit perfect with LEGO heads.

This surpasses TLC's attempt 100 times. Well Done, I love seeing you models. Fyi. This was done even before TLC had designs on it. That is one of the best Mocs I have ever seen. Really? How'd you make the rebel commando helmets? Hasbro rebel helmets! Great job. Very nice MOC. Wow, that an incredible collection of troops! Nice work once again ACPin! Looks like you've clicked on the pics. Again another AWESOME MOC from you 'ACPin' - the white fire helmets have a second use eh ? The hologram projector is AWESOME - great recreation of that scene from ROTJ. I'm a conformist! ! No rebel troops at that time yet, so I make do with what I got. Wow! That is so cool! I love the wolf-men and improvised rebel helmets. I also like the dome roof too. Wow yet another superb MOC ACPin, great job once again! This is how the Home One set should have looked like. Everything is bigger and better than the official set. Even the custom Mon Calamaris were cleverly built. That Mon Calamari minifig look simple enough but took me awhile to figure out! The commando helmets are from star wars figures. It came with a rebel commando toy. I have two. And they fit perfect with LEGO heads. Yes, they do. Saw this on your Brickshelf a while back, must say I've always liked the shape. Yeah, still got a lot of stuff on BS. Great work! I love the shape and great use of the Exo-Force Fan/Propeller thingy! Always trying out different ways for hard-to-use pieces. that is lush, the centre comm is exelent!! the wolve heads made me luagh!!! i hope you make more like this! Another one just done! Spectacular like always. This actually makes more sense than the official set. Another instant classic. I'm sure you did take a look at the other pics. gotoAndLego Posted July 8, 2010 This is superb, but do we really have to say its better than TLG's? I mean, that really goes without saying because considering the piece count and huge number of minifigs, there is no way they could bring it in for a price that would sell well. ACPin Posted July 9, 2010 most excellent! truely brilliant! nothing to add... all said! This is Art. This is superb, but do we really have to say its better than TLG's? I mean, that really goes without saying because considering the piece count and huge number of minifigs, there is no way they could bring it in for a price that would sell well. I do agree that it's next to impossible that TLG would produce a set that would have that many minifigs or it would cost a lot if they did. But the piece count should not be an issue as we've already seen the UCS sets that have more pieces than this one. AC
Blackicep8ntball Posted July 9, 2010 This is impressive! I take it you build this before the mon calamari figs became available? You did an incredible job building them, either way... especially looking at them through the "glass", they look fantastic. Congratulations on a build very well done.
